Andrea Howell graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, following a four-year undergraduate master's degree (M.Chiro). She was lucky enough to begin her career being mentored by the longest practicing chiropractors in Wales, and although she enjoyed her time working at the clinics in Swansea, Andrea was keen to practice closer to home and the community she grew up in. She established TWC in Whitchurch, Cardiff in 2012 and in 2018 opened SMCC to make care accessible to patients in Cardiff East area, St Mellons, Castleton, Marshfield and the surrounding areas.
Andrea has completed her Royal College of Chiropractors PRTS, and a University of Glamorgan post-graduate certificate (PGCert) in 'Clinical Excellence', with Distinction. She has also had post graduate training in Clinical Pilates, treating women during pregnancy, western medical acupuncture (or dry needling), and Sacro-Occipital Technique. She has also been a supervisor of the 4th year chiropractic students in their clinical year at the University of South Wales.
She is passionate about the benefits of chiropractic treatment, and finds great satisfaction in helping people out of pain, and improving the quality of individuals' lives.

Emily was first introduced to chiropractic when she attended a treatment with her mum, and saw the positive effects it had allowing her to undergo daily activities pain free.
Since starting the undergraduate masters degree in 2018, at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, she has enjoyed learning more about the positive effects chiropractic treatment can have on a wide array of people and help restore function.
Along side the course Emily has completed Sports Massage level 3 and acupuncture and dry needling to add to the treatment she can offer patients.
Outside of chiropractic Emily enjoys trying new food, sports, travelling & spending time with friends and family.
